You are in one of these situations

You are in the first 90 days of a new senior role and you want to read the landscape before it reads you.
You have been passed over for a promotion and the feedback does not fully explain why.
You are navigating a restructure, a leadership change, or a hostile shift in the power dynamics around you.
You are relocating into a new cultural context, from the UK or US into India, the Gulf, or another high power distance environment. You need to understand the unwritten rules so you can navigate it confidently, without tripping on political landmines.
You are an Indian or Asian professional working in a Western organisation, in the UK, the US, or Europe, and the system keeps misreading you. What you were taught about respect, hierarchy, and professional conduct is being interpreted through a completely different cultural lens. You need to understand what that lens is and how to work with it without losing yourself in the process.

Five stages over two weeks

01

The intake form

After purchasing, you complete a structured form. This gives me the first layer of intelligence before we speak: your role, your organisation, the situation, the key players as you see them, and what you cannot read. I review it before Session 1 so we arrive prepared.

02

Session 1: The Deep Dive

60 to 90 minutes. We go into everything the form could not capture. The texture of the relationships, the history, the tensions, the decisions already made that nobody has said out loud. This is structured intelligence gathering, not a coaching conversation.

03

The Synthesis

My work, done between sessions. I map what I have heard against the frameworks: power flows, stakeholder positions, influence architecture, visibility gaps, shadow dynamics. I build the picture you cannot see from inside it.

04

Session 2: The Briefing

60 minutes. I present my read of your landscape. You ask questions. We refine in the room.

05

The Situation Report + Debrief Call

The Situation Report is delivered within 48 hours of Session 2. A written, designed document that is yours to keep: who holds real influence, where you are being unseen or misread, the hidden risks in your current situation, and three to five specific moves for the next 30 to 90 days. A 15-minute debrief call follows a few days later.

A clear map. An honest read. Specific moves.

A clear map of the political landscape around you. An honest read of where you stand in it. And a set of specific, considered moves that account for the system as it actually is, not as it should be.

Most clients describe it as the first time someone has named what they have been sensing but could not articulate.

₹75,000 India

$2,000 USD International

One to two clients per month. The synthesis work requires full attention and the Situation Report needs to be specific enough to be useful. This is not a volume offering.

Request the Political Intelligence Audit

The Audit gives you the map. What you do with it depends on what it surfaces.

Some clients take the Situation Report and move forward on their own. Others want to keep working: either a single session to navigate a specific moment as it unfolds, or an ongoing Retainer for sustained political navigation.

Those conversations happen naturally in the Debrief Call. There is no obligation and no pressure. You will know what you need once you have the full picture.

Is this coaching?

Not exactly. The Audit is a diagnostic engagement. The work is analytical and strategic rather than exploratory. I am not helping you find your own answers: I am giving you my read of your situation, grounded in research and pattern recognition from working with senior leaders across complex organisations. It is closer to a strategic counsel session than a coaching conversation.

How is this different from a coaching package?

A coaching package focuses on your internal experience: your clarity, your direction, your growth. The Audit focuses on the external system you are navigating. What is actually happening around you, who holds influence, where the risks are, and what to do about it. The two are complementary but distinct.

What if my situation is confidential?

Everything you share is completely confidential. I do not report to your employer, your HR department, or anyone else. The Situation Report is yours alone. Many clients are navigating situations they cannot discuss with anyone inside their organisation. That is exactly what this is for.

Can I move into a Retainer after the Audit?

Yes. The Audit is the entry point for the Retainer. If after the Debrief Call you want sustained support navigating your landscape, we can talk about what that looks like. The Retainer picks up where the Audit leaves off: you do not start from scratch.

How many Audits do you take on each month?

One to two. The synthesis work requires full attention and the Situation Report needs to be specific enough to be useful. This is not a volume offering.
