I work with a small number of Executive Coaching clients at a time, so each eight-week engagement begins on a set start date. Your first Goal-Setting Conversation is scheduled by mutual agreement within seven days of your engagement start date.

How a place is confirmed
- Request a Discovery Call. Tell me briefly what's bringing you to coaching and which start date you have in mind.
- We talk. The Discovery Call is 45 minutes, not charged and carries no commitment. At the end, we both decide whether Executive Coaching is the right next step.
- Your place is reserved. If it's a genuine yes from both of us and you confirm you'd like to proceed, I'll hold your place for 48 hours and send you the coaching agreement, a short intake form and the payment details.
- Your booking is confirmed when the coaching agreement is signed and full payment is received. If both aren't completed within 48 hours, the place is released.

Do I need to have worked with you before?
No. Executive Coaching and The Situation Room are both open to new clients.
Does everyone who books a Discovery Call become a coaching client?
No.
The Discovery Call is a conversation, not a sales meeting.
At the end of the call, we both decide whether we'd like to work together. For us to begin coaching, it needs to be a genuine yes from both of us.
There are times when I'll suggest that another form of support, such as therapy or medical care, would be more appropriate before coaching. If that's my assessment, I'll explain why.
How do I know if you can help with my situation?
When you get in touch, describe your situation in as much detail as you can. I review every enquiry personally and will tell you whether The Situation Room is the right format for what you are navigating. If it is not, I will let you know and, where possible, point you in a more useful direction. You will never pay for a session only to discover it was not the right fit.
Are our conversations confidential?
Yes.
Everything we discuss remains confidential.
I don't record coaching sessions or use AI tools to transcribe, analyse or summarise our conversations. I also don't share client stories publicly, even anonymously.

When can we start?
Executive Coaching begins on set start dates, shown above with the places available and the date to enquire by. Your first Goal-Setting Conversation is scheduled by mutual agreement within seven days of your engagement start date. If none of them suit you, join the waitlist and I'll email you when the next dates open.
The Situation Room has no fixed dates: once I've confirmed it's the right fit, we book the session directly.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I work with clients around the world through online coaching and schedule sessions across different time zones wherever possible.
How much does it cost?
Executive Coaching is ₹60,000 for clients based in India and US$1,800 for international clients. Payment is made in full before the coaching engagement begins. Once you confirm you'd like to proceed, your place is held for 48 hours. The booking is confirmed when the coaching agreement is signed and full payment is received, and the place is released if both aren't completed in that time.
The fees listed are for individuals paying directly. Organisation-funded engagements are arranged as a bespoke package and carry a different rate.
The Situation Room is ₹10,000 for clients in India and US$300 for international clients.
What happens after I get in touch?
I read every enquiry personally and reply within one working day. For Executive Coaching, the next step is a Discovery Call. For The Situation Room, I'll tell you whether it's the right format for what you're navigating and, if it is, we'll book the session.
Do you coach politicians or political candidates?
No. I coach professionals, managers, and leaders who want to navigate workplace politics more effectively. My work focuses on organisational dynamics, influence, and decision-making within companies, not electoral politics or political campaigns.
