No fixed agenda. No timeline. You come when you need to think, reflect, or work through something. This is not a new intake. You come as you are. I already know your story. We pick up from where you left off.
What is included
- 1:1 sessions in flexible blocks of 1, 3, or 6 sessions. 60 min per session.
- The 6-session block is also available as 4 × 60-min or 4 × 30-min sessions
- Email support between sessions
- No fixed agenda. You set the focus each time

Questions about Journey Coaching
Who is Journey Coaching for?
Clients who have completed the Career Growth and Navigating Transitions package, a corporate coaching engagement, or the Political Intelligence Audit with Siri. It is for people who value the continuity of an ongoing relationship and want that support available when they need it, rather than on a fixed schedule.
What does a session look like?
A video call, typically 60 minutes. There is no set agenda. You bring what is live for you at that moment: a specific challenge, a decision you are sitting with, or simply a need to think out loud with someone who knows your context. The session takes its shape from where you are that day.
Can I choose shorter sessions?
Yes. The 6-session block is also available as 4 sessions of 60 minutes, or 4 sessions of 30 minutes. The 30-minute format works well for clients who want lighter-touch, more frequent contact. Get in touch and we can work out which format suits where you are right now.
What counts as a current client?
If you have worked with Siri in the last three months, through a coaching package, a corporate engagement, or the Political Intelligence Audit, you are eligible without any further onboarding. If it has been longer than three months, get in touch first so we can reconnect briefly before beginning.
How long are the blocks valid for?
Each block is valid for six months from the date of purchase. If the six months pass and you have unused sessions, those sessions lapse. You are welcome to purchase a new block at any time and pick up where you left off.
What if I need to pause for a while?
Your six-month window gives you the flexibility to use your sessions at your own pace. If you need to step away, that is completely fine. When you are ready to return, get in touch and we pick up from where you are.
